Michael Brown dfbb3bd184 [ipv4] Discard unwanted unicast packets 
Explicitly discard any unicast packets for addresses that we do not
control, to avoid unexpected behaviour when operating in promiscuous
mode (which is now the default, thanks to FCoE).
