3338a03982 [hci] Continue processing while prompting for shell banner 
Continue calling step() while displaying the shell banner.  This
potentially allows TCP connections to close gracefully after a failed
boot attempt.

8406115834 [build] Rename gPXE to iPXE 
Access to the gpxe.org and etherboot.org domains and associated
resources has been revoked by the registrant of the domain.  Work
around this problem by renaming project from gPXE to iPXE, and
updating URLs to match.

Also update README, LOG and COPYRIGHTS to remove obsolete information.

833447392d [cmdline] Added configurable shell banner timeout 
This change allows the time for which shell banners are displayed to
be configured in the config.h file.  The ability to access the shell
can also be effectively disabled by setting this timeout to zero.
