Michael Brown	8406115834	[build] Rename gPXE to iPXE ... Access to the gpxe.org and etherboot.org domains and associated resources has been revoked by the registrant of the domain. Work around this problem by renaming project from gPXE to iPXE, and updating URLs to match. Also update README, LOG and COPYRIGHTS to remove obsolete information. Michael Brown	4c418d2100	Use net_device_operations structure and netdev_nullify() to allow for ... safe dropping of the netdev ref by the driver while other refs still exist. Add netdev_irq() method. Net device open()/close() methods should no longer enable or disable IRQs. Remove rx_quota; it wasn't used anywhere and added too much complexity to implementing correct interrupt-masking behaviour in pxe_undi.c.	2007-07-07 16:43:39 +01:00
