ae0124cd40 [linux] Give tap devices a name and bus type 
Give tap devices a meaningful name, and avoid segmentation faults when
attempting to retrieve ${net0/bustype} by assigning a new bus type for
tap devices.

d60cbe43b7 [linux] Add the tap driver 
Add the tap driver that can be used like:
$ ./ipxe.linux --net tap,if=tap0,mac=00:0c:29:c5:39:a1
The if setting is mandatory.
