03a906a9f3 [build] Mark Realtek driver as permitted for UEFI Secure Boot 
The Realtek driver and its dependencies are cleanly structured, easy
to review, directly maintained, and very well tested.  Review these
files and mark them as permitted for UEFI Secure Boot.

8406115834 [build] Rename gPXE to iPXE 
Access to the gpxe.org and etherboot.org domains and associated
resources has been revoked by the registrant of the domain.  Work
around this problem by renaming project from gPXE to iPXE, and
updating URLs to match.

Also update README, LOG and COPYRIGHTS to remove obsolete information.

931f94dca3 Generalised the SPI abstraction layer to also be able to handle interfaces 
that don't provide the full flexibility of a bit-bashing interface.

Temporarily hacked rtl8139.c to use the new interface.
